I am registered for the Certified Blockchain Entrepreneur. I have completed the first 2 courses and tests. I am trying to complete the third test called Blockchain Development Decision. However, the test will not load on to my screen. All courses before this test are completed and checked off. I have logged out and back in but the test will not load. I can not go forward to the next course because course 3 test is not complete. Any assistance would be helpful. Thank you.

I am able to start the exam but it will only allow me to answer 5-10 questions before the link jumps to a NC State home page and I lose my exam information. I tried to retake the exam and the same thing happened again. for some reason the system jumps from an exam question to a NC State blockchain web page.

I’m in transit at the moment so I haven’t had a chance to test for myself. The issue should be resolved so please go ahead and give it a shot. Make sure to flush your cookies and browser cache before attempting the exam again. Optionally, you could login using a different browser. Let me know if you need further assistance.

I am not sure if your last reply was for me. In any case, I deleted all cookies/caches and opened the program in a new browser. The bug still exists. I take the exam and I am randomly kicked out to a NC State web site. This is very annoying and going on day 3. Someone has to devote some time to figure out this problem and fix it. Thanks.

Yes, the message was for you. I must have inadvertently copied Georg’s name. John, I sincerely apologize that this issue hasn’t been resolved. I’m going to look into this myself and try to ascertain why on earth there’s an NC State redirect happening on the exam page.
Because you have endured this frustrating issue, I’m going to speak with the Executive Director of Blockchain Hub 360, Blockchain Hub 360, and recommend that we comp you one free course. Please let me know what course you would like to take for free, and I’ll provide direct access for you.
As for the issue, I can tell you that we’ve recently added a number of server-side redirect scripts in preparation for our move to our new production server environment (on Liquid Web). It is possible that the code is interfering with portions of the site builds. We are just moving out of the alpha stage of our platform build and into beta which begins after our migration to production.
This obviously doesn’t resolve the issue we’re having, but I did want to provide you with a bit of context. In any event, I assure you that we will get this issue resolved, and comp you the course in hopes that it somewhat makes up for the frustrating experience.

one amendment: yesterday I finished in the “Blockchain and Bitcoin intensive” lesson 4 – part 4.
Now I wanted to follow-up and I was forwarded to lesson 3 part 1, all parts until lesson 5 were not marked as finished.
